This blog is originated from my study in the field of business management and continuous reading of books and articles in various business practices. Over period of 14 years of my work in technology field for various organizations, I found lack of business management knowledge and best practices at upper management level. As a result, I found companies went out of business and hardworking employees lost jobs in spite of their honest efforts. I came across many executives who were good speakers but were poor leaders, with no vision and strategy and so on…
This inspired me to start study on business management and its application in real time business environment. This blog is one of out come with that regard.
